In this diversity action, plaintiff Timothy Willard asserts claims of (1) negligent design, (2) failure to warn, and (3) breach of warranty of merchantability against defendant Park Industries. Willard says he was injured when, after the roller conveyor system designed and manufactured by Park malfunctioned, he attempted to manually move several large, heavy pieces of granite blocks along the failed roller conveyor...
