Lake Region Operating Corporation (LROC) was placed into involuntary dissolution pursuant to provisions of the Business Corporation Law as enacted in Pennsylvania. 15 Pa.C.S.A. § 1981 et seq. On December 9, 1991, by Order of Judge Robert J. Conway of the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne County, Attorney Scott B. Bennett was appointed State Court Receiver of Lake Region Operating Corporation
