WEIS, Circuit Judge.

In the absence of a specific agreement to the contrary, an order of restitution in a criminal case may not include losses caused by conduct that falls outside the temporal limits established by a guilty plea. Because the District Court added restitution for fraudulent conduct that occurred before the date of the offense as established in the plea agreement and colloquy, we will remand for a reduction of the amount...
