PIERRON, J.:

Barbara J. Blair appeals her conviction for driving while under the influence of alcohol (DUI) pursuant to K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 8-1567(a)(3). Blair argues the State failed to introduce evidence that she was driving under the influence of alcohol to a degree that rendered her incapable of safely driving a vehicle. We affirm.
