The issue this Court considers is whether a timely-filed affidavit of indigence, which does not contain the information required by Tex.R.App. P. 20.1(b)(1)-(11), and to which a timely-filed contest has not been made, suffices to allow the appellant to proceed on appeal without advance payment of costs.
