TERRY McCALL, Justice.

This is an appeal asserting that charge error and jury misconduct occurred during a jury trial in a railroad employee's personal injury case filed under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq. (West 1986) (FELA). We affirm.
