On August 10, 1999 Defendant I-Link Communications filed its first amended counterclaim, alleging that plaintiffs, Equality, Inc. and Equality Plus Telecommunications Corporation ("the Equality Entities"), had engaged in abuse of process and unfair trade practices in this litigation.
