Appellant Earl E. "Skip" Kopp ("Kopp") appeals the judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas that denied his Motion for Resolution of Election Dispute. Kopp contends that the bankruptcy court erred when it found that the creditors' attempted election of a Chapter 7 trustee at the initial § 341 meeting of the creditors was invalid.
