A jury convicted appellant, Douglas Henry Hegar, of misdemeanor theft by check. The trial court sentenced appellant to 45 days in jail. We address: (1) error in replacement of a disabled juror; (2) admissibility of business records; (3) admissibility of extraneous offenses; (4) factual sufficiency of the evidence to prove identity of the stolen property and lack of consent; and (5) validity of the punishment verdict form.
