LESLIE BROCK YATES, Justice.

Appellant, Steve Douglas Hanson, entered a plea of guilty, without an agreed recommendation, to the offense of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit theft. The court deferred adjudication of guilt and placed appellant on community supervision for a period of ten years. Subsequently, the trial court granted the State's motion to adjudicate guilt, finding that appellant violated terms of his community supervision...
