Appellant, Janis Lowe f/k/a Janis Bloodworth ("Lowe"), appeals a summary judgment denying her petition for bill of review. Lowe also brings an accelerated appeal from the trial court's denial of a temporary injunction. We consolidated the two appeals for briefing and argument.
