A. INTRODUCTION

The resolution of the instant request of the United States Trustee ("the USTE") to convert this Chapter 11 case to a Chapter 7 case post-confirmation requires us to "venture into analysis of the impact of a confirmed plan of reorganization upon a subsequent conversion to Chapter 7," an area which, we, like Circuit Judge Edith H. Jones, approach "[w]ith some trepidation."
