Opinion

SULLIVAN, J.

The defendant, Clyde Mack, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting his probation officer's motion for revocation of his probation.1 On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court (1) lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear and determine the motion to revoke his probation and (2) exceeded its authority in revoking his probation. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
