State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins. Co. appeals from an order granting a declaratory judgment to Lawrence D. Ledman and his wife, Barbara Ledman. The judgment declared that a policy of insurance issued to the Ledmans provided uninsured motorist coverage to them for their wrongful death claim arising from the death of their adult emancipated daughter, Catherine Ledman.
