This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals, State v. Krueger, No. 97-2663-CR, unpublished slip op. (Wis. Ct. App. Feb. 10, 1998), which reversed an order of the Circuit Court for Oneida County, Robert E. Kinney, Judge. The circuit court dismissed with prejudice the criminal complaint brought against defendant John P. Krueger.
