On February 23, 1999, relators, Emilio Moreno and Diana Garay, filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this Court. See Tex. Gov't.Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 1988 & Supp.1999). Relators contend that the trial court abused its discretion in granting a bill of review filed by the real party in interest, ArChem Start-up Group. Because relators have an adequate remedy by appeal, we deny relators' petition...
