Charlynn Maniatis alleges in this action against Cornell University Medical College ("Cornell") that Cornell improperly terminated her employment due to her age.1 Her complaint alleges that Cornell's decision not to renew her employment violated various federal, state, and local laws, including: (i) Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq....
