I. INTRODUCTION

Audiovisual Publishers, Inc. ("AVP") appointed William Shulman to audit Cenco, Inc.'s ("Cenco") financial books and records in order to calculate royalties owed by Cenco to AVP. Shulman determined that Cenco owed AVP about $6.7 million, but the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, William C. Conner, Judge, reduced this amount to $61,412.50....
