Bradley Hackl, who murdered his wife, Diane, appeals an order imposing a constructive trust on an undivided one-half interest in his pension. The circuit court imposed the constructive trust after concluding that the pension account had constituted marital property prior to Diane's death, and that, because Bradley murdered her, Diane's interest in the pension "survives her death."
