This is an appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court, (Eisenberg, B.J.) dated November 6, 1996 ("the November 6, 1996 order") (96 CV 5955[ADS]) which fixed Bankruptcy Rule 9011 sanctions against Bruce Gordon ("Gordon") in the amount of $12,556.
