This appeal arises from the judgment on a cross claim for indemnification. In the main action, a jury found the defendant Dick Corporation and the defendant cross claimant, Metcalf & Eddy,1 liable to the plaintiffs, Albert Sandella and his wife, Cheryl Sandella, for injuries sustained by the named plaintiff, an employee of the town of North Haven, in a slip and fall that occurred while he was working...
