Dolenz violated several provisions of the Texas Code of Professional Responsibility and/or Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct by: (1) improperly soliciting Dmitri Vail's legal business; (2) entering into a prohibited business transaction with Vail; and (3) representing another person in a matter adverse to Vail.
