The defendant, Charles Jackson, was convicted after a jury trial in Superior Court (Fauver, J.) of aggravated felonious sexual assault for engaging in sexual intercourse with one who was physically helpless to resist. See RSA 632-A:2, I(b) (1996). We affirm.
