The State appeals the trial court's order granting Mr. Pfleiderer's motion to suppress drugs found in a search of his person, arguing the court erred in finding that police officers found the drugs only after illegally arresting and searching Mr. Pfleiderer without probable cause. Because we find that the trial court did not abuse his discretion in finding that Mr. Pfleiderer was put under de facto arrest without probable cause...
