This is an appeal from a no-evidence summary judgment granted in favor of Children's Medical Hospital (Children's) in a medical malpractice action. Children's moved for summary judgment, contending that the McCombses had failed to produce evidence that the care provided to their daughter, Samantha McCombs, failed to meet the applicable standard of care.
