Opinion by Chief Justice CORNELIUS.

James J. Byrne appeals from a take-nothing judgment rendered in his suit against Harris Adacom Network Services (HANS) and Harris Corporation (Harris) for breach of written and oral contract, quantum meruit, and fraud. In four points of error, all of which allege error in the jury charge, Byrne contends that the trial court committed reversible error in the jury charge by conditioning one independent theory...
