The trial court convicted Rocky Lee Hill in a bench trial of indecency with a child. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 21.11(a) (Vernon 1994). The court sentenced him to sixteen years' imprisonment. Hill claims in four issues that: (1) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction (2 points); (2) the court reporter improperly included the child...
