Opinion

DUPONT, J.

The respondent father appeals from the judgment of the trial court adjudicating his minor son neglected. The sole issue on appeal is whether the father, a noncustodial parent, was entitled to participate in the adjudicatory phase of a neglect proceeding in which the custodial parent pleaded nolo contendere, in order to show that he was not responsible for the child's neglect. We conclude that there is no practical relief this court...
