The plaintiff class has moved for the final approval of the settlement of this class action pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(e) on the terms set forth in the Stipulation of Settlement (or "Settlement Agreement") executed by the parties on February 19, 1999 and the Amendment to the Stipulation of Settlement executed by the parties on August 11, 1999.
