Dora Shaffer died on September 25, 1994, leaving a will in which she named her son, Shea Rood (Rood), and her daughter, Estelle Newberg (Estelle), as coexecutors. On November 7, 1994, Estelle petitioned the Probate Court for the allowance of the will. Rood did not join in the petition.
