Appellant, ABC, Inc. ("ABC"), brings this interlocutory appeal1 from the denial of its motion for summary judgment in this defamation suit brought by appellees, Eugene E. Shanks, Sr. and Fliteline Maintenance, Inc. We reverse and render.
