Opinion

SPEAR, J.

The defendant, Jose Lopez, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of conspiracy to commit first degree assault in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 (a) and 53a-59. He claims that (1) the trial court improperly denied as untimely defense counsel's request to poll the jury and (2) the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction.
