A Superior Court jury found the defendant guilty on two separate indictments charging him with selling heroin and doing so within 1,000 feet of a school zone (G. L. c. 94C, §§ 32 and 32J). A Boston police officer, who was operating undercover, claimed to have purchased the heroin from the defendant at the Mission Hill housing development.
