BENCH, Judge:

¶ 1 Appellant challenges his conviction for three counts of automobile homicide and one count of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. He asserts that the trial court erred in giving a flight instruction to the jury and in refusing to suppress a statement he made to the police before being Mirandized. See Miranda v.
