Defendants Cruz Rosario-Peralta, Johnny David Diáaz-Morla, and Ramon Antonio Javier were apprehended after aircraft and vessels from the United States Coast Guard, Customs Service, Army National Guard, and Puerto Rico Police Department pursued a suspect vessel for hours off the coast of Puerto Rico.
