Dignity Viatical Settlement Partners, L.P., and Dignity Partners, Inc. (collectively, Dignity) appeal from an order denying them prejudgment interest and imposing sanctions in connection with their quest. The appellee, Protective Life Insurance Company (Protective), regards the appeal as frivolous and suggests appellate sanctions.
