The only issue before this Court is whether the trial judge committed an abuse of discretion in admitting the testimony at trial of two witnesses over the objection of Linda J. Meyer (Meyer) that there had been late notification by Lois Rodabaugh (Rodabaugh) of the identity of the witnesses and the substance of their testimony. The case was tried by the judge without a jury, and Meyer was offered additional time to investigate the witnesses and prepare...
