The issue on appeal is whether Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 20-2-113 (Michie 1997), as amended, rejects our previous holdings that the district court in which a custody or divorce proceeding was originally filed has continuing and exclusive jurisdiction over custody modification proceedings. The district court for the Sixth Judicial District, Campbell County, Wyoming, denied Appellant Vineyard's motion to dismiss on this basis, holding that the 1997 amendments...
