¶ 1 S.W. Energy Corporation ("S.W. Energy") appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Continental Insurance Company and Marine Office of America Corporation (collectively, "the insurer"). The district court ruled, as a matter of law, that S.W. Energy's loss of oil from one of its oil storage tanks was not covered by the insurance policy issued by the insurer, but fell within the policy's exclusion for losses caused...
