MEMORANDUM.

Judgment of conviction unanimously affirmed.

Defendant, in February of 1995, in the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (M.F. Mullen, J.), entered pleas of guilty to sodomy in the second degree and sexual abuse in the first degree.
