Plaintiff filed this action to recover on notes that a joint venture1 issued to two of its partners, who are plaintiff's predecessors in interest. The trial court ultimately entered a declaratory judgment that plaintiff is entitled to recover on the notes without taking into account the deficit in her partnership capital account and awarded her attorney fees.
