MORGAN, J.

The plaintiff's commercial logging truck was totally destroyed in an accident caused by the defendant's negligence. The plaintiff claimed damages for loss of use, beginning with the date of the accident and ending with the date on which the tortfeasor paid for the truck.1 The trial court granted the defendant's motion for summary judgment. We reverse and remand.
