Lee M. Hays appeals from an order of the district court upholding the magistrate's denial of habeas corpus relief. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

Hays is a prisoner housed at the Idaho State Correctional Institution. In April 1984, Hays pled guilty to four counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor, under former I.C. § 18-6607. He received four concurrent indeterminate life sentences...
