Frederic Ames Righter is the subject of this attorney disciplinary proceeding. His neglect and misrepresentations in a legal matter caused his clients to suffer the entry of a default judgment against them. Righter defaulted before the hearing board and he has not appeared in this court. A hearing panel of the supreme court grievance committee approved the findings and recommendations of a hearing board that Righter be suspended for a period of two years...
