I. INTRODUCTION

Michael Dewey stipulated that his stepdaughter, Tisha Melovidov, was a child "of the marriage" in dissolution proceedings and agreed to pay child support for Tisha and his son Robert. Ten years later, the superior court increased the monthly support amount in accordance with the Civil Rule 90.3 guidelines.
