We are asked in this juvenile court proceeding to determine whether a juvenile court properly may dismiss a delinquency petition after adjudicating the petition and finding the youth to be within the court's jurisdiction, when the petition alleges conduct that, under another statute, cannot be expunged from the youth's juvenile record.
