This opinion discusses plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and defendant's cross motion to dismiss the plaintiff's complaint. Plaintiff Uwe E.G. Lehmann (hereinafter referred to as Husband) brings this action against defendant Karen Ferlito Lehmann (hereinafter referred to as Wife) for breach of a separation agreement and alleges $25,000 in damages.
