Ray Alexander ("Alexander") appeals from a judgment voiding, pursuant to § 8-9-12, Ala.Code 1975, a conveyance of realty from Bertha Maurine Wade ("Mrs. Wade") and her now deceased husband, J.L. Wade, to Alexander and his now deceased wife, Betty Wade Alexander, as having been based upon a promise of support for life. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
