This appeal centers around an award of exemplary damages under Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 93A made in favor of the plaintiff Amcel Corporation and against Lou Petrone, a defendant in the district court. In the relevant time frame, Petrone was the president and majority shareholder of co-defendant International Executive Sales ("IES").
