NORRIS, Chief Judge.

L.A. Frith was convicted by a jury of the forcible rape of his 13-year-old niece. He was sentenced to 20 years at hard labor, with 10 years to be served without the benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. He appeals his conviction and sentence. We affirm.
